Mindfulness workshops

Practical calm for helping teams navigating stress and pressure at work

Evidence-informed mindfulness workshops for corporate teams, leaders, and workplace environments.

These sessions are are designed first and foremost for real-world work environments and the pressure people navigate every day.

Your people leave with tools they understand, believe in, and will actually use.

While much of my broader work focuses on supporting women navigating high-pressure roles, these workshops are designed for diverse teams and are equally effective for both men and women.

What this changes for your team

These sessions are designed to create practical, immediate shifts in how people respond to pressure - not just how they think about it.

01 Recognise early signs of stress and cognitive overload - before it impacts performance
02 Regulate their nervous system in real time during high-pressure moments
03 Maintain greater clarity, focus, and steadier decision-making under pressure
04 Communicate more effectively when stressed, reducing unnecessary friction within teams
05 Recover more quickly after intense periods of work, reducing cumulative fatigue
06 Apply simple, practical tools that fit into the workday - not separate from it

In many organisations, stress is managed reactively - once it shows up as burnout, absence, disengagement, or performance issues.

These sessions focus on building people's capability to manage stress as it happens, reducing the downstream impact on performance, team dynamics, and overall operational effectiveness.

Why this matters

Unmanaged stress does not just affect wellbeing - it impacts how people think, communicate, and perform.

Reduced focus and poorer decision-making
Increased fatigue and slower recovery
More friction in teams
Higher risk of burnout and disengagement

Addressing this early is not just a wellbeing initiative - it is part of building a more effective and sustainable organisation.

Who this is for

Women's retreats

A mindfulness session that goes beyond relaxation. Your participants leave with a genuine framework for managing stress - something they'll carry into their everyday lives long after the retreat ends. Works beautifully as a standalone session or as part of a full retreat programme.

Corporate teams

Workplace stress is one of the biggest drivers of disengagement and absenteeism. This workshop gives your team practical, science-backed tools they can use immediately - without needing to change their schedule, download an app, or commit to a new daily routine.
