FAST Dispatch — We aim to dispatch orders the same day you place it if possible (Mon- Fri), otherwise the next business day.
Orders placed after the courier run or on non-business days will be sent the following business day. We'll send you an email to let you know when it's on its way.

Occasionally, some customers can get sensitivity to some of the raw ingredients in natural products. If this happens, please discontinue use and wait until the irritation disappears.

All of our ingredients are 100% natural and vegan. We are cruelty-free and don't test on animals. We use organic ingredients wherever possible, and alway ensure our products are made from natures purest ingredients.

100%! Our products are packaged in recyclable paper. We have worked extremely hard to ensure this part of business is as eco friendly as possible.

We love beautiful, @one is designed and made to look, smell and feel gorgeous, something we take pride in. This said, we’ve respectfully chosen the most recyclable packaging we can and to use earth’s most sought after raw ingredients. As you begin to use and love your products things can get joyfully messy. So yes, this is expected and something to be proud of. We are doing good for our home on earth, so get stuck in, get messy and when you’re done pop it in the recycle bin knowing you have done something great! You are part of the solution!

This is normal. In Winter the temperature can affect the consistency of your deodorant, nature doing its thing! As soon as it’s warmed in your hand it will return to a smooth consistency, apply as normal. Alternatively keep in a warmer place in your room. This does not affect the performance of your deodorant.

In the warm summer months the temperature can affect your deodorant by making it softer. Keep it stored in a cool dark place, allowing it to return to its optimum consistency and apply as normal. Feel free to pop in the fridge for a kick start on those gorgeous hot days. This does not affect the performance of your deodorant.
