Keri

Certified Mindfulness Teacher & Aromatherapist

I'm a certified mindfulness teacher (IAOTH) and certified aromatherapist with over twelve years of mindfulness practice and a former corporate leader. I bring both the rigour of formal training and the hard-won perspective of someone who found mindfulness in the thick of a demanding corporate career.

I design and deliver practical mindfulness and stress management workshops for teams, leaders, and workplace environments. Alongside this I work with women who are managing the mental load of a full life and looking for a calmer, more grounded way through it - through my ebooks, guides and online courses.

My approach is evidence-informed and practical. I bring together the neuroscience of stress, the biology of the nervous system, and the grounding power of essential oils - into tools you can actually use at your desk, in a difficult moment, or at the end of a long day.

Outside of At One, I feel deeply lucky to share my life with my wonderful husband and our two amazing young adult kids, Josh and Kate. We love time at our rural property in Whananaki, where nature does its own quiet work of restoring perspective.
